Essential Platform Configuration

As a minimum, complete the following steps to start using OpenRMA right away:

1.  Add your business store locations and contact information.

2.  Create/update users and assign permissions and location that the user belongs.

3.  Add your company information to print forms.

4.  Set up tax rates for your locale.

5. Configure your repair statuses.

6. Configure your email settings to be able to send out notifications and forms.
